Comic Covers and First Pages - Comic Covers
Just a quick announcement that just about nobody will care about (we think) -- we're renaming the "Comic Covers and First Pages" folder to just "Comic Covers". We think there is no (compelling) reason to separate the first page of a new comic into its own folder as covers already serve the purpose of showing off a new series. The official policies do not change otherwise.
Comic Strips Folder Archived
Did you know there is a limit to how many deviations you can submit to a folder in your gallery?
Apparently there is and we have just hit that limit with our Comic Strips folder. So we're renaming it to "Comic Strips - ARCHIVE 1" and creating a new one. If anyone's wondering why the Comic Strips folder has little to no submissions in it all of the sudden, this is why.

I haven't actually gotten to watch the episode yet (gasp! It's been like three hours) but I thought I should post a streaming link here:

That said, this is the perfect weekend for a premier because once again, as with season 5, the premier coincides with BABSCON, which means I get to watch it with friends. It's an experience which is hard to beat.

Finally getting around to rounding up the end of the season. I know it's been a while, but such is life. We start with the last regular season episode of S6, "Top Bolt", which opens with my favorite spitfire moment ever:

Then, we have the big two, the season finale. Frankly, this was my favorite two parter since the beginning of S2 gave us Discord. I felt like this episode just worked really well, and not making Chrysalis reform is key to that. She's too good of a villain to give up.

Wow, Fluttershy even got Spike's given nickname when she had a manly voice.
Ahh... yes, hence the title, Milli Vanilli's lipsyncing scandal during one of its concerts. I gotta say, like from the episode from that curtain fall, this is just like how that band got screwed in the first place. Oh well, can we blame it on the rain?
Oh, then there's a big daddy pegasus with his cute little girl.
Oh my, I'm afraid of dating his daughter when she grows up. Gladly Scootaloo wasn't around, or else she's gonna cry so bad for that girl's hyperactive flying. Except that one Scootaloo-like filly that uses Rumble's color scheme, interesting!

Oops, BUSTED with the spotlight on her this time! Fluttershy's great performance as Flutterguy doesn't seem so bad, well, girl, you know it's true.
