There should be an option to join the group somewhere. Alternatively go here https://www.deviantart.com/ponycomics/gallery/33153251/comics-with-multiple-parts and click "Submit to this folder" in the upper right corner. After your first submission you should be able to submit the following pages from the deviation page.
It was rejected, because it it fails to meet the standards set in our Submission Rules
